so im 17 years old and just ran a 10 miler trail run in the kso treks and won first place in 1:16 i jsut became a bare foot runner this year ever since i did a 50 miler i nikes and it hurt a few days after that so yeah just thought id share that i run in vibrams

What kind of tips can you share regarding running a long distance like that in VFFs? Did you need to re-adjust your technique throughout the race?

Congrats Matthew! I'm in no danger of winning any races but do find the treks to be awesome on trails. Glad to see someone really burning up the trails in them. Thanks for sharing your victory.

only thing i suggest is be smart and keep your eyes open at all times and i have never had to readjust them and thankyou everyone else

Jim, note his age. He probably hasn't had enough time spent running with bad form. That is why the transition for him wasn't that bad, I am guessing.
