To loose 5kg then compete that takes some focus and dedication. Double doff of cap for that.
The KBs must be doing their thing as you do not look like you scale 80kg. Must be carrying quality dense lean muscle. Just doing the math 2 x 20 = 40 - 40 = half your body weight. Nice.
Thank Jason, my goal was originally to make it in at the 75kg class, but when I came in at 85, I knew 80 was where I need to go.
Funny enough I wasn't the only one another lifter had on a pair of classics. It felt good not to be the only oddball.
