Yes! that one. According to my afforementioned friend, there is a problem with cheap imitations. It would be great if the real things were for about £$15, but I don't know if they are for sure. I'd probably get them for parkour rather than martial arts as I normally go bare foot.

My friend from Africa has those and wears them in the dojo. I assume they work quite well. I've been wanting to get a pair of Flows and would like to try them out in the dojo. Thankfully, I can ALWAYS go barefoot in the dojo (which is excellent), but occasionally I do train in my VFFs, sure. I'll have to try out the Flows when I get a pair. Bikilas are next on my purchase list, though!

Yeah, I agree ^ ...the ground work and KSOs dont do well together, but all the stand-up stuff is fine.
I agree I use the KSO's for striking and yoga, but not jujitsu or judo.

I have used my KSOs for Wing Chun and also Escrima. I found that they were awesome. I didn't end up with the really sore feet and blisters like I normally do after an hour and half training session. Its also helping that my feet are redeveloping from the running. I think they make a great match for doing martial arts. My dojo has a hardwood floor so most shoes are not allowed but since the KSO don't really track dirt or leave marks they are allowed. I would be wearing them tonight but they are drying out from an obligatory washing after this mornings workout.
