I was interested in these shoes first as drumming shoes since I like to play barefoot on but I can't always do that when playing gigs and such. Now I use them as much as I can for casual wear since they are really comfy and I like the funny looks I get with them. Does anyone else drum with their vffs?

Can't say I know how to play the drums... but you know what would be really awesome! Put the sticks between your toes and play!

That'll be a little challenging, ill stick to pedals for now, maybe goof around. Its just so much easier to play when you have light shoes, and having control with the toes is kust amazing as well.

I love playing drums in any of my VFF's. I feel like I have more freedom and control with my feet.

The drummer in one of the bands a play in just asked that same question. I thought that, at least, you would have more feedback from the pedal work. He wants to try some VFFs, so let's see! Rock on!

Basically you copy the URL of the image (should end in .jpg) then click on the picture link (the third one from the left in the second row). Paste the URL between the img codes and there you go.

I like drumming in my VFFs too! If I'm wearing regular shoes that day, I almost always slip them off and play in my socks or barefoot. I like that barefoot or with VFFs I can "grip" the pedal a bit with my toes.

I definitely have to give this a go when I get my drums unpacked again (in the middle of moving at the moment).
I usually play in Chucks or something similar, but I'm curious to see how much quicker my feet are with a pair of Classics... I bet somebody who knows what they're doing could pull off some seriously speedy footwork in VFFs!

OK, so most of the band members are going to get their own VFF's! Perhaps a sponsorship deal? Hmmm, well probably not, but it would look really great on stage! VFF's are so fun!
