I'm a photographer, and in addition to doing some studio work, which I tend to do barefoot, I also like to get out and take random shots, so these shoes are great for that!
My daughter has become a lot more interested in walking on the weekend as well, and I know my feet will be much less tired at the end of one of our long walks. Traditional shoes feel more like I'm wearing a brick on foot now.
I know what you mean about regular shoes feeling like bricks, I recently had to report for Jury duty and I had to wear a suit and dress shoes, lucky me I was not chosen but I could not wait to get home and remove those dress shoes. My Wife and I wear our VFF's as regular footwear, Other than work I have not had regular shoes on in almost 2 years!
