I felt this earthquake in Lenoir, North Carolina. It shook the whole building! (I am in my Merrell Pace Gloves FYI- haha). I was sitting in my chair and wondering what the heck/who the heck was shaking my chair. It was such a weird experience. My first thought was actually, "Ghosts?" I actually said OUT LOUD "Why are you shaking me?" Two minutes later it was on the news. hehe.

A little off topic for the thread but it pertains to the past few eathquake comments. I work in a call center in MN and we have had a lot of callers from those earthquake areas today. Many get disconnected or dropped. Several have been nothing but white noise when we answer. Too bad, hopefully everything will be all right and up and running again soon.

Did the river rat race yesterday in the Flow treks this consists of 12k ish of running interspersed with dryland obstacles both natural and man made a bridge climb two swims a kayak and then a 3 story walk the plan from a replica ship and then a slippery slope to the finish. Did the event last year and saw a huge increase in number of VFF i saw this year and a few minimal looking shoes i couldnt identify and to top off the day i shaved 3 minutes off last years time.

Did Week 4 - Day 3 of the C25k program barefoot this morning. It felt good, I started to feel it in my calves after I decided to run up this hill.

Helped a friend move on Saturday. 9 AM to 6 PM with very little downtime. Did the whole thing in VFF classics. I wore my navy/gray/yellow first generation classics. At one point while moving something very heavy, an individual said "watch your toes". I replied "You watch them for me, that's why I wore shoes with bright yellow soles!" After a lot of heavy lifting and walking, usually heavily loaded down with stuff, I still felt pretty good.

Just got down off of the roof from checking on the solar vacuum tube heating panels I built and installed last week. I built them and sweated together hundreds of copper connections either barefoot or in my Treks. Yes, it hurts when a little flux drips out onto your foot

On my way to the rockwall trailhead. Bringing my treks and flows for the hike. This should be epic. Its a 55k trek in kootenay national park in BC, Canada. Brutal hills, and cold weather should make this intersting! Pics to follow!
