Wasn't planning to post anything tonight, just was going to catch up and actually reply tomorrow, but I had to log in to say that I agree with this!! He's a shameless self promoter, most of the time. I'm sure 1 on 1 he's probably a nice guy, but still...

Well I thought the book was fantastic. I could barely put it down. I read it in 2 days so I definitely recommend it.

I'm on chapter 10 of, "Born To Run," by Christopher McDougall now.  It is a very interesting read, and very informative.  Picked it up yesterday at Barnes and Noble.
