okay,

so i just received my free pair of bikilas through the post from citysports- have been wearing them all morning so far and they are wonderful!! Really comfortable!

I even managed to go for a 8km run up the hill to get to the local time machine, where i felt like i'd pop back here to brag to y'all...  Cheesy Cheesy

Ain't that obvious? Printing all email addresses on a sheet of paper and letting the cat decide which address on that sheet will not be shredded to pieces Cheesy Thats the winner then.
