My advice for a beginner barefoot runner

I think the best advice I can give for someone starting out is, don't give up! I wrote about some of my struggles barefoot running in the post linked below, check it out and keep running!

Hey, it's great you have a blog and all, but you are not really contributing to the board at all.  Of your 7 posts, 4 of them are,basically, you just announcing a new post to your blog and the rest are you throwing a one sentence remark and then pushing everyone to your site.

If you want people to read your blog, put a link in your signature and start contributing.  When people start seeing you have relevant things to say, they will go to your blog.  Right now you just look like a spammer and advertiser.

I concur.  I swear I made a similar comment on another of his thread posts that every thing he has to contribute should not include a shameless plug for his blog.  I did not think I was too harsh, but I cannot find the comment now.  Maybe a moderator removed it.  Good suggestion about putting it in his signature.  Hopefully he will take it to heart.
