Email, coffee, VFF. Makes work much easier.
I'm a Junior Hydrogeologist for an environmental consultant, so they're quite receptive to new things and wearing them at work is well received. Unfortunately when I go out and do field work, steel toe boots are a PPE requirement, but I know I could work faster if I could fly around in my KSO's. Damn ISO requirements.

Unfortunately the PPE is there for a reason. By the way did you put the coversheet on your TPS reports.

haha that made me laugh....some people might not get it.....mrharbin....try oshatoes....they're slip on covers for shoes and they offer steel toe verisons that you can slip your VFF's into.

On a positive note, I can remove the paper jam, even when there is no paper jam with my toes!

Steel toes are fairly important when I'm out on site. I'm frequently at closed (and some open) landfills so there are a lot of hazards associated with it. And occasionally I'm working alongside drill rigs so I'll brave the clunkers to make sure that I have five toes to slide into my fivefingers.

I would like to see a pic of somebodys feet AFTER the VFF's are off.  I think mine are too tight.  red marks all over my toes and feet.  Just wondering how everybody else's feet look after wearing them for an hour or so.

I get some red marks, I like my shoes tight though.

Two weeks in and I finally wore my KSO's for a trail run in the Fl everglades. Was worried about the large exposed rocks, but the stability and traction made them the most fun!
