Wow, 16 pairs in one household. That's about $1,400 worth of shoes. And my friends gave me a hard time for spending $1,500 on a bicycle.

But I don't think any minimilist shoe will ever meet the military uniform requirements for a combat boot.
Hee hee. I can just imagine the full-dress versions. Ultra-shiny patent toes. And having to polish thoroughly between them all! That would be horrible! i can just imagin DI's pulling apart recuits toes yelling at them for missing a spot!

I got the black KSOs in November 2009, the Sprints in December 2009, the grey KSOs I've had only a couple of weeks, and the Bikilas showed up about an hour ago. The Sprints get the majority of the work as they're what I'm running and working out in, and I throw those on whenever I'm in a hurry. The black KSOs are actually a size too large, but I can't bring myself to get rid of them, so they're my outdoor/muddy conditions pair. The other KSOs are an everyday choice. Those guys get washed fairly regularly, so it keeps them looking good and smelling neutral.

Now isn't THAT convenient?! I thought my wife and I were lucky being able to share pairs of Injinji socks...but being able to share VFF's would be awesome!

Hee hee. I can just imagine the full-dress versions. Ultra-shiny patent toes. And having to polish thoroughly between them all! Being in a military style bagpipe band I would love for there to be a full black leather dress version. Also, Im wondering what kind to get next. Right now I have a pair of castle rock sprints. I was thinking maybe all black KSOs. Any suggestions?
