Hey everyone, this is my first forum post. I've been wearing my flows for about 4 months now and the neoprene on the top seems to be separating from itself. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, anybody have any ideas to fix this?

do you have pictures of the area? you should be able to get them replaced under the 2 year warranty, contact your retailer and ask about getting them replaced.

It looks like the fabric layer is detacting from the actual neoprene. The primary cause could be you have very thick feet, or high archs and it is over stretching the neoprene. You might want to exchange those and go up a size. I have some pretty good archs, but sized up for comfort reasons and have not had any problems with my Flows. I've had my Flows for 2 years. Best of luck to you.

Hm, maybe I will try that, but I'm worried the toe length will be too long if i size up.

I wear a M40 in everything except the Flows. I sized up to a M41 in the Flows. I find that the heel strap has enough adjustment that the extra toe lenght was not a problem for me. You end up with a little bit of extra heel bump, but it doesn't cause any problems. Rgs, Jeepman

I suspect that the 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects may be Europe only (required by law here). So it depends where you bought them.

It never hurts to try. The worst they can do is say No. I was past the 90 day return date on my last pair of Bikilas, but River Sports took them back anyway. Rgs, Jeepman
