Very interesting offering from Nike, especially with the split toe. Not something I would be interested in because of the cushioning and the fact that I'm very happy with my VFFs. Interesting, nonetheless.

I LIVED in nothing but my Rifts for many, many years. I still have a slew of them under my bed. But I can't wear them for long periods of time anymore due to them having "too much" support and cushioning.
I should break out a pair or two for old times sake to kick around in. If Nike introduced a TRUELY minimalistic Rift, I would prolly pick up a pair.

Pooch, reading your post it sound's the exact same as my situation, mind us both being members at the rift forumn would maybe explain that. |

Spotted Nike toe shoes at a Sports Authority. Seem like copies to me   DOH think someone in the store has made a cockup there, if i'm not mistaked thats the addidas version of the VFF |

Except that the printed label says Nike Adipure Trainer. Someone was asleep that day and probably just didn't care enough OR maybe they thought the Nike name would make them sell better. lol |
