Thanks for the headsup on the MT20's; though, I still have some interest in the MT10's.
To elaborate on what I requested earlier, here's an example:
My feet are a 7.5W for most shoes and combat boots; I wear a New Balance 8.5 or 9.0 for running shoes; and since I don't have any Minimus's, I wear an 8.0 in Merrell Barefoots.

I wear a size 45 KSO, a size 12W Bates combat boot, my last pair of NB shoes was a 13 2E, and I tried on a 12.5 2E and a size 13 D Minimus Trails, and the 12.5 2E fit me better. Although I didn't get a chance to try running in them or anything, just walk them around the store a little. Also tried a 13 2E in the Trail and it was probably just a little to loose. Don't own a Minimus yet, however, so I can't give you feedback on how those sizings are working out.

I took my MT10's back because of the black band. It really hurt my pinky toe

Did you exchange for the MT20? I really need new shoes, but I just can't pull the trigger on the MT20s just yet. Partly because they're so expensive and I'm back to living off student loans, but also because there just aren't as many review out on the MT20 as there were on the MT10.

I was very tempted by the MT10's but I haven't got any yet because of the black band issue. I've tried them on a in-store treadmill and the band wasn't a issue but I can imagine it could be very different on long runs.
