By the silence I would say no.  They are heat pressed/fused together so I would imagine they would feel kind of stiff and usually rope that can be heat pressed has a bit of plastic or something like it to make it melt together.  That to me would seem uncomfortable.  I have sit on chairs that were designed similarly by melting rope together.  They were never comfortable so I would not think these would be that great to walk on.  Just my guess though.
