My feet measure 101/4" but I do have wide feet and they are quite flat. I ordered black Treksport M40 and I was just able to squeez in but can't really walk in them so I had to sell them to my friend. I'm planning to order another pair of black Treksport in M42 but not sure if they will be just fine or fit loosely, according to Vibram sizing chart, 101/4" plus 1/8" is 103/8" and should be M41. Taking the wide and flat feet part into consideration, should I stick to the sizing chart and bear with them until they stretch or go for M42 to accommodate my wide and flat feet? I live in Thailand and I don't think sending VFF back to store for exchange is practical for me as there is no local distributor.

Looking forward to become VFF user.

the chart says i should be a 43 with treksports (and just about every other model), so thats what i got and they ended up being a size to big. They work fine, but there is just a tad bit of extra room in the the little toe pockets. Not sure how the size difference is between models but I later got 42 KSOs and they fit so much better. I wish i had gotten my treksports in the 42. Bottom line, we aren't you so we dont know how well they fit or what they feel like, but they should be snug. you should be able to curl your toes and have the shoes go with, not have toes slipping out or moving around a lot and what not.

10.25" here and roughly EE width. I have M41 Bormios (they use the Treksole). M40 is too tight with socks because of the 1/8" manufacturing tolerance.
