Roughly estimate how much they stretch is it and exponential amount such as 1/2 and inch or more? Or is it smaller such as 1/4 of an inch or centimeters even. Also if they were to stretch is their a way to shrink it? Such as machine washing it in hot water then throwing it in the drier? I'm asking these questions because I'm still waiting for my KSO's to arrive I ordered a M41 and according to the people that posted on my other topic they're saying they stretch and now I'm worried that I got the wrong size. Help?  Undecided

they will "mold to your feet" and if this is your first pair of VFFs its possible they will stretch and your feet will shrink when since you strengthen them up. but they will never "over stretch" and i don't recommend the drier for any VFF.

I might be the odd man out on this one.  I bought a pair of black kso's a little over a year ago.  In normal shoes, I wear a 10... A size 42 never had significant stretching for me, and I could never full extend my toes.  Still, I wore then until they wore out.  When I replaced them last month, I was able to try on a 43 and it fit like a glove.

could have been a miss sized shoe or could have been an old mold and if they updated changed sizes a bit. who knows!

My KSOs have stretched maybe an eighth of an inch, my treks a bit more.  I suspect you'll be fine.  Resist the dryer.

I'm a size 9.5 or a 9. I can wear both idk. My foot measures 10 1/3 so a little over 10 1/4 and little less then 10 1/2. I tired the 40's but they seemed really tight and uncomfortable at the toes. (I tried on bikilas M40)

Are you talking about the fabric stretching or the rubber stretching? I currently have two pairs of KSO's - M40 and W42. The M40 feels a little too short in my right big toe. The W42 is just a little too big (but it would work if the M40s don't work out). I'm torn about what to do. If the rubber stretches, the M40s would probably be a better bet.
