Ok thanks for the replys...I'll look in to the kso's cus I hear alot of people talking bout them for parkour....I was just thinking flows cus of waterproof an for winter to keep my feet warm...

They are not water proof by any means but do keep your feet warm once you run in them.

Just got my flows in...in a bigger size...& they fit better & feel better....still have a little pinky toe pain but its the seam...so i need to tuffin up my little toe LOL
