New pair of KSO's

I originally fitted myself in 43's, they were my first pair KSO black camo. They fit a little too perfect and on longer runs I felt like I wouldnt mind a little room for some Iniji's so I ordered a pair of Palm 44 KSO's the first time I wore them w/o socks as I was only taking them out for 5 miles and boy was that a mistake. I have a hole now on both feet just at the front of my arch. Looks pretty cool since the new KSO's have blood stains . Has anyone else had serious issues between two pairs of the same KSO's?

I happen to have the same colors of KSOs. Both in 43. The black ones seem slightly shorter. I can wear Ininji socks in either without a problem, but in the black ones they start getting uncomfortable after a few hours.
