On the ceiling? The Shoe Goop or the cat? Or both? I imagine the Krazy Glue ad where they glued a helmet to an I-beam and picked the guy up;-)
Good luck with the heels and looking forward to pictures!

back again
thank you for the sweet PMs btw
several failed experiments in... and I think I finally have an idea that may work
I did discover that shoe goo will stick to a person. and the floor, and a table, a window, somehow the ceiling .... we won't mention the cat (she's fine. just missing a bit of fur)
I'm heading to an outlet store this weekend to pick up some sacrificial sandals
wish me luck!
still no sure how it got on the ceiling
Thanks for stopping by and keeping us informed. Sounds like you had a sticky situation going on there. Can't wait to see pics of the final results.

Nobody has any right to pressure you to wear high heels! None. Absolutely zero. I understand pressure to wear formal looking shoes /conservative shoes, but they absolutely do not have to be high heels, or even medium heels- the definition of "moderate heel" has totally changed, what used to be only for women of certain professions are considered moderate now. As fashionable women's shoes get worse and worse and look more like torture devices rather than footwear, there's no way to keep up with this.
There is absolutely no amount of high heel wearing that is ok. It's one thing for women who are convinced that they are comfortable wearing heels or that the pain/harm is somehow worth it, but if you don't want to, don't! Take a stand. It's not like you're insisting on wearing vibrams to a formal occasion (I think that would be going too far).

oh man I am dissapointed... As I was reading down through some of this I was getting anxious to see your final project and how it worked and the reaction of the family and all but it just ends... Now it is October and Still nothing.
Did it work, did you go, what did they say, where are the pictures?
