Well I have had my black Trek LS since they were released on Travel Country back in September (I think).  Last night I noticed on the right big toe there is some separation between the leather and the sole.  It is at the top of the toe where the sole folds over and makes a little "toenail" type shape.

I have ordered some shoe-goo I think that is my best option.  I looked at Freesole from McNett but I was worried that it flows to easily and would run down the shoe.  We shall see how the repair goes once I get my shoe-goo.  Has anyone else had any troubles with the Trek LS yet?

I have the Trek LS size M42 had them for about 4-5 months now. along both sides and some toes i see the leather beggining to seperate from the leather. its only bad in one spot at the moment but if it keeps up my shoes will be entirely seperated from the the sole in less than a year! i do not run in these shoes i use them casually most of the time. I took them out for their first trail run yesterday and it made the seperation much worse. i will be going back to walking only in them. I have never tried shoe goo and do not want to ruin the asthetics of the shoes much. any tips would be much appreciated!

Years back I had problems with sole separation in other shoes, and found Barge Cement. On Vibrams I use the E-6000 for the seams and the Barge for the sole (glued on the heel of the sole on the KSO where it cups under the Achillies). Never had any problems...well...just don't do what I did when I first used it and remember to use it in a well ventilated area.
