I recently go a pair of Bikilas after my friend mentioned barefoot running. I enjoy running and hope that I can be at the same level barefoot/VFFs as I was with conventional running shoes.

I had to stop running for a little while due to knee pain from what I suspect was just poor running form. I actually look forward to running a lot now but from everything I've read I'm a little hesitant because I don't want to overdo it.

Agreed, go slowly and enjoy.  Where are you in GA.  There are a few of us in the ATL area.

I'm just north of Atlanta in Alpharetta. I'm making sure I go slowly, no worries. I just don't know what sort of timeline to expect as far as mileage increases without conventional shoes.

Where are you in the ATL area?
