I was psyched to find this site. I've been running exclusively in Five Fingers since about December 2008. I now own two pairs of sprints, two pairs of KSO's, to pair of KSO Trek's and one pair of Treksports. I love running through the woods in my Five Finger, and was doing so (even in the snow) until about 3 weeks ago. Sadly it is just too deep now
I also exclusively use them in the Gym!
Prior to using the Five Fingers shoes, I often had knee, and hip problems. I also turned my ankles quite often. Since switching to the Five Fingers, I have had NO problems regardless of activity!
Over all, The Five Fingers footwear has been one of the best things in improving my health!!
