Just purchased my first pair of VFF.  LOVE THEM!!!  I bought them to use in my triathlons, hoping to cut down in my transition times.

Anyone else use VFF's for triathlon?  Used them for the 1st time on the bike today and noticed a little discomfort in my ankle and knee.  Wondering if maybe I am using my foot wrong now?  Have steel cages on my pedals and the VFF's fit very differently in the cage vs a regular running shoe.

Any suggestions?

Thanks so much.

Welcome,  I will tell you that the hardcore bikers on here are still using cycling shoes.  I would think your best bet would be to carry your vff's while you bike and then change
