Hi everyone, I'm suzel from VA! I recently purchased some KSOs and have been walking/running in them lightly for almost 2 weeks now. I would like to build up my distances in them, maybe even up to a half marathon (not sure I could use them in a full). I also look forward to using them on the trail, as I used to love running barefoot through the woods when I was little. They have been great so far, building my foot and lower leg muscles and helping with my balance. They also have gotten lots of attention at my university, and I think I've piqued some people's interests in them. My only problem with them is that I have to wear toe socks with them or I get massive blisters/areas of rubbed off skin on the insides of my arches from the seam.  Sad  I'm hoping that either I'll develop massive calluses in those areas or someone on this site can suggest a solution (I've heard duct tape and will be trying that). Anyways, just introducing myself to the forum Smiley. I hope to maybe post on here more often.

Welcome!  Where in va are you from?  I spent most of my life in Springfield before ditching nova for Idaho.

I've just always wear my injini socks to prevent blisters on my arches.  Now that winter s ending I'll probably try and fight through any and build up callouses.  Just need warmer weathe to try it out.

Welcome!  Smiley

I second the suggestion to try socks.  You can also do something more permanent like putting moleskin or tape over the seam.
