Hello all!  My name is Jason Robillard.  I've been running barefoot for awhile.  When I wear shoes, KSOs are my preferred shoes.  I wore them for my last race (Hallucination 100 miler, Pinckney, MI).

Over the past few years, I've become increasingly involved in teaching others about barefoot running.  Currently, I run a barefoot running website and blog , started running barefoot clinics, coach barefoot runners part-time, and have written a book.  I love helping others transition to barefoot and/or minimalist shoe running! 

I just came across this site after a reference in BF Ted's Google group.  I normally spend most of my time in the Runner's World BF forum.  I also occasionally post in Ken Bob's Yahoo Group and the Running Ahead barefoot forum.  Lastly, I occasionally post in the Kickrunners "Extreme Running" forum (I run ultras). 

I'm looking forward to sharing knowledge with you guys!

Welcome! One question: check out this thread, what do you think? You seem to have few years of bare foot experience and so know some of the longer term effects.

I posted a reply to that thread.  What was described is a pretty common complaint among newer barefoot and Vibram-clad runners.

Are you doing the Holiday Hustle in Dexter by any chance? I'm thinking of doing it. Depends on the weather - I don't have any winter shoes yet so if it's snowy I'm going to be in a trouble.
