Alright Jock? Nice to meet you.
Anyway, here be the question. Where are you ordering from?

I've ordered both from the italian website http://www.vibramfivefingers.it/. The first pair (bikilas) took less than a week to arrive. I just ordered the treksports on wednesday 8th night so will let you know when they arrive.

yeah seems to be the way to go. uk online retailers are charging too much and seems to be too expensive to ship from the US

I'd be lying if i said that I have used them for anything more than 'scuffing about' but they are definitely good for that. An alternative to flip flops as someone had previously said elsewhere.
Fancy the Treks for them being a bit rougher and tougher and hopefully I'll get out running in them and maybe a bit of hill walking this year too. Hate walking in clumpy boots. Sitting looking at the Treks just now and ready to buy but cannot decide on the brown or blacks!!
