Welcome!

Just wearing them around will get your feet used to them; getting used to running requires... well, running! I was a total couch potato when I started, so basically I'd just go out and run as many blocks as I could (at the start, that was about 6) and do that every day. Even that small amount made my calves sore, but it was clear it was a good kind of hurt, not an "oh, no, I've injured myself" sort, so I kept going each day (though I would stop during each day's run when it started to hurt, and walk home).
The main thing, though, is not to go out there thinking of it as "training" or "exercising" - but as having an excuse to run around and leap and balance and have FUN!
