I have to say any of the Rocky films in the training montages always gets me motivated especially Rocky 4 when he is running through all the snow and stuff.

In response to your doggies getting thorns in their paws, I saw that vibram has a website for dog booties with soles on them.. can't remember the link off hand, but I think its under accessories on vibramfivefingers.com. I don't kniow if your dogs would wear them and they are kind of pricey, but if they would, I'm sure it would help a bit! :] welcome, btw!

Hi could you ask about the distribution in the UK I can only find a handfull of shops in the whole country who actually supply VFF so would be interested if the plan on upping distribution on our little island!!!

 I have to say the worst I ever saw was a bloke on a scooter texting on his mobile phone dont know why but I think this is even worse then while driving a car!!!!

I have noticed the same problem with the sprint heels and as it was my first pair I have just sent them back looking at the sizing chart I was bang on for a M40 but there is a big gap at the back of the heel even though they fit properly on the toes plus on the ankle. After a bit of umming and arhing I semt them back and have swapped for the W40 KSO as I wanted KSO to begin with will let you know if there is a big defferance when they come through. Good Luck
