I'm having the exact same problem and posted topics to it with no resposne, hopefully we can both get one here!

Has anyone ever removed the rubber piece that sits on the achilles tendon?  I'm experiencing weird indentations on the back of my foot and I think it is the cause.  Its blister-like but it empties out after removing the shoe, its filled with some type of fluid. Very strange.  If anyone has ever done a mod like this please let me know!

thanks for the reply I appreciate it.  I thought I sized small as well, but I actually went up cause my 2nd toe on left foot was the longest, so really the only toe that comes near the edge of the pocket is the big one - and I can definitely slide my foot up and down comfortably.

Tried loosening the strap to practically not even touching the velcro and that seemed to help, I'll check back in tomorrow with the results

Hey guys, old reader first time poster just a quick question and sorry if its been asked; search yielded no results.

Started wearing my Vibram KSO's (m42) to school and walking around and I noticed to I'd call them "blisters" behind my foot right below my achilles.  The only thing that seems to be causing this is the rubbers that directly above the heel.  After an hour or two of removing the KSO's they slowly go away and the area is fine...very strange.

Anyone ever have this happen before?
