32  General Category / Vibram Five Fingers Sizing and Fit Discussion / Re: anyone tried using behind-the-heel pads to take up length? on: January 12, 2013, 11:31:13 AM
I e-mail Vibram about the size range of the EL-X's and they responded that they would be available in everything from a 38 to a 50.
50?! That's a departure for them. I don't think they went over 48 in previous models.

Yes they have, travelcountry had some bikila ls in 52!
33  General Category / Vibram Five Fingers Sizing and Fit Discussion / Re: why are my 40M TrekSports shorter than my 39M KSOs? on: January 12, 2013, 11:27:51 AM
I have not tried on the treksport, but you are right, the models have different sizing.  For example, the speeds I have tried have been as if M40 is the same as W40.  The spyridos in m40 were tooooooo big withwise so I could not buy them.  The bikilas I have tried in M40 have been just fine. So, the models do vary.

dravesarchery.com has them "but" you have to ask through the chat thing or phone, because not all sizes appear online.

The white are sized up to W42, but you can use them in 41 or 42, that is deppending on how high arched or fat toed you are; they are just like the bilkilas, and if you have narrow feet, then there would be no problem at all, speeds are "the" model.

44  General Category / Vibram Five Fingers Sizing and Fit Discussion / Re: Feeling really tight in spyridon LS 42 on: December 22, 2012, 05:54:40 PM
It depends, are your feet bulkie or with high instep?  When I tried on the spyridon ls, they were too wise and felt big, being my size; alsom not all models feel the same and, if they are your first pair, vibrams do not feel the same as non toed shoes.
