Well I was gonna wait for my komodos to come in and use them for my first run. But they won't be in till tomorrow according to my ups tracker. So I broke down about an hour ago and ran 2 miles in the kso s. Gotta say the lower back pain that always plagues me after a mile or so never showed up. Only pain so far is my calves. Which I like I have skinny calves and a stout upper body. So I'm hoping this will give me hulk calves it sure feels like it will. Overall it was pretty fun and my time barely suffered maybe 30 seconds off what I usually run 2 miles in. Can't wait till my Wednesday run to try the komodos.

Just be careful not to over do it, or calf soreness will be the least of your worries.  Be careful for TMTS.
