i trying to improve my running technique and try to do from the advice.
i know, it's not yet perfect. please give me some advice.

I do see a few brief moments of improvement, but you fall back into your old form again. I had the same problems when I switched to Pose Method. It took hands on instruction with a Pose certified trainer and the EZ Run belt to get me where I needed to be. Itís really hard to change your form if you don't know what itís supposed to feel like. If you can afford it, I would recommend purchasing the EZ Run belt. This will let you feel what itís like to run in correct form.
