Ran my first 10k (untimed and by myself, but that still counts) a few weeks ago. First half was barefoot, but my form suffered toward the end so the huarches came off my camelpak straps. Hopefully tomorrow's 10k run will be all bare. WOOHOO!

Ran today at the CIBC run for the Cure in fort mcmurray, and set a new PR in my lunas. though my knee is recovering from a strain, I wrapped it, popped an advil, and ran the 5k in 24:35. I've never been a really fast runner so I'm pretty excited about my effort today!

I did my first official barefoot "race" this last weekend at the Merrell Naked Foot 5K. I surprised myself and ran a near sub 20. It must have been the excitement and adrenaline.

Nicely done! I've broken the 25 minute barrier only a couple of times, and was pretty excited about it. Usually I'm around 26 or so minutes depending on the terrain.

I managed to achieve a cadence of at least 180 steps per minute during my 2k run and that resulted with 4:36 min/km (I don't know if it is my PR )

Did my first 10K barefoot race in TCS Open 10K run @ Bangalore India. Completed the run in 43m 15s which is my PB. A blog regarding my transition to Barefoot can be read here. http://runnerbobby1.blogspot.in/ Cheers - Bobby

Just finished a 5K in my Bikilas. Looked like I was the only one out there with VFFs. I got a few comments and questions. Anyhoo, chip time was 31:17. My official personal best at the moment. I'm not a fast runner hence my screen name. Brother, I am with you! Power to the tortoise runners!

15km barefoot on a forest trail (1h34min) & it was awesome. This is not only my barefoot PR but also the longest run I've ever done (my previous PR was 12km on a road, in regular sport shoes & I remember that it was soooo boring).
