I’m a CrossFit instructor and gym manager in Thousand Oaks, CA at Live Train Play CrossFit and as such I am hard on my shoes. Some days I will be on my feet for a large portion of 14 to 15 hours. Throughout any given day I teach six classes, do a couple personal training sessions, and frequently do two to three of my own workouts.
