Of note in this week's latest reviews we have an update from Micahel at Red Rocks Blue Sky who has been doing periodic reviews of his VFF KSOs as he's racked up the miles in them.
- 900 Miles on Vibram Five Finger KSO’s at Red Rocks Blue Sky [KSO]:
Be sure to check out his pinky toe mod! Conclusion: I am impressed at how well my KSO’s have held up. However, I run completely different than I used to run. Barefoot running is about the business of running light. But you just cannot run barefoot like in any modern running shoes on the market.
KSO’s let me do what I could not do barefoot, but allow me to run barefoot. I am looking forward to Vibram’s TREK shoes to run longer trail marathons in the Ultra-Range. I do not see a change in the design of the toes, so I will sew the pinky toe up.
- Product Review: Vibram FiveFinger KSO Shoes at Amy Mac Health & Fitness [KSO]:
Video review after the jump ...Barefoot walking and running is becoming more popular due to its potentially healthy benefits. I’m not into the ‘barefoot’ thing but am trying the next best thing, going nearly barefoot in Vibram FiveFinger shoes! I’ve been wearing them for over a month and so far...
