How was the buying process?
Initially awesome because the Performa were on sale from $110 to $66! But then I received an e-mail a few hours later saying they made a mistake and didn't have them in stock. HUGE LET DOWN!!!!

Would you buy from this retailer again?
Maybe with the $10 apology credit they gave me after refunding my order

Any other feedback you would like to share.
Websites need to keep their stock updated so they don't misinform customers!

Originally orderd a pair of Sprints but I emailed them asking when I would get them after I only got a portion of my order. Was issued a refund. So I ordered Bikilas on 1/10/2012.

How was the buying process?
The process of ordering online was easy and pretty straight forward.

Would you buy from this retailer again?
I would definately purchase from them again since the quality of products appear to be solid. Shipping is free and times are really quick when products are in stock. I got the Bikilas (since Sprints were out of stock) within two days of ordering.

Any other feedback you would like to share.
Customer service was really good once I asked about missing Sprints. However, it would be nice if inventory online was accurate. Right after I received email stating Sprints were out of stock I looked online for a replacement model and noticed my size in Sprints was listed as In Stock.
