What type of Five Fingers did you buy and when?
Got my wife black Classic Five Fingers back in October 2009.
How was the buying process?
Pretty seamless considering we used CitySport's ship-to-store and ordered KSOs for her only to try them on in the store and decide to go with Classics instead. For that matter, the associate who helped us probably ended up bringing out five or six pairs before she settled on black Classics. Also, we had used a coupon online so in the exchange of the KSOs for Classics, we asked for (and got) the coupon applied to the exchange (plus a pair of Injinji socks!).
Would you buy from this retailer again?
I would and typically recommend other Atlantans get their VFFs at CitySports/Atlantic Station.
Any other feedback you would like to share.
All in all a good buying experience both online and in store.

What type of Five Fingers did you buy and when?
KSO Trek October 2009, Moc & Performa December 2009. Lots more soon
How was the buying process?
City Sports on line store is very well developed. Both purchase confirmation and delivery were fast. They maintain an account for you which has your purchase history and payment details which is handy to look up sizing and prices paid. Support via email was prompt. They retroactively applied a discount coupon to my first purchase which was good customer service. While it was my mistake to not combine two orders into one shipment, they did not charge shipping on the second order
Would you buy from this retailer again?
Absolutely. I would have purchased more already if they had stock, endemic to all retailers.
Any other feedback you would like to share.
I have no choice but to buy on line. City Sports is currently my preferred supplier.

What type of Five Fingers did you buy and when?
I bought Sprints, husband bought KSOs in summer 2009 from the Chestnut Hill, MA store

How was the buying process?
Excellent- they had all types and sizes. We were worried about the sizing, but they just brought more and more out for us to try. One person helping us assumed they were unisex, but I had read enough ahead to know this was untrue. One of the girls helping us runs in them, so was very helpful to talk to and get fit by. Bonus- the store likes to run buy one get one 50% off and that includes 5Fingers!

Would you buy from this retailer again?
We had such a good experience with our 5Fingers that when my mom was visiting for Xmas and needing new sneaks, we took her here. We couldn't convince her of 5Fingers, but the staff was super helpful yet again, remembered my husband and I and inquired into our barefoot endeavors.

After Dr. Liebermann's keynote at ACSM last year, I was hooked on the barefoot idea. The sizing of 5Fingers seemed daunting and having a fallen arch, I really wanted to make sure my foot would handle it. We discovered CitySports actually stocks them (unlike REI, which I found weird). They also stock Nike Free, which we tried too, but they were bizarre and my arch was angry! I was between the KSOs and Sprints and the strap of the sprint gave my arch just the little bit of hug it needed to not be totally angry during the transition period. I haven't had so few arch problems in a very long time! Contrary to popular belief- less arch support has helped me more than firm solid trail runners ever did. Awesome!

None of the other e-tailers listed here had this particular model/size in stock, nor did the local sports stores. I was reluctant to go with a place I wasn't familiar with, but figured the ratings I read here were pretty good. I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience. Item was shipped same day and received quickly as well with good communication throughout the process and even a short handwritten thank you on my packing list sheet.

What type of Five Fingers did you buy and when?
I've purchased black women's Flows and black women's Classics from City Sports, both purchases were made online and within the last year.
How was the buying process?
Excellent. The website was easy to use, ordering was a breeze, contact by email was quick and effective. Everyone I've talked to and emailed with at City Sports has been exceptionally kind and helpful.
Would you buy from this retailer again?
I would not hesitate to order from City Sports online again. They can be counted on to meet all needs that arise with personal attention to detail.

When I was looking for my Flows, nowhere had any in stock, not even the City Sports website. I emailed them using the website's contact form inquiring if they knew when my size & color preference would be available. They found the right pair for me, and made them available for me to purchase online, they shipped right away, and I received them quickly. I wasn't expecting to find a pair of Flows for months; I'd had them back-ordered at our local shop for a while already, and all that I was hearing was Vibram couldn't make 'em fast enough. City Sports came through! When I decided it was time for Classics, I went to them first. I ordered the blue/teal women's Classics with the Birthday Shoes free shipping promo, but when I got them, I decided I would rather have black instead. So I let City Sports know I wanted to switch them out, no problem, and they emailed me a shipping label for an easy & free return. So great! I went ahead and ordered the black ones, and they arrived here quickly. Unfortunately, the blue ones got lost in transit back to City Sports, but there wasn't any trouble getting a prompt refund after we figured out they were never going to be delivered. Throughout the whole ordeal with the Classics, I didn't pay shipping a single time. The customer service team at City Sports is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. A situation that could have been a real nightmare was no trouble at all, thanks to all the nice people answering calls and emails. They really care about their customers!

Pleased Customer!!

Ordered KSO Trek Sport, after first wear noticed a small place on one shoe where the sole was coming unglued. Called customer service and was sent a return shipping label. Was told I would be refunded but they could not replace because of stock issue. Completely satisfied with my experience so I ordered two more pairs that same day. I am totally about customer service, so as long as they don't change that they will have a repeating customer with me.

The shoes were already on sale for $80 from $100 because they were clearing last season's models, but with birthdayshoe's coupon code it brought the Bikila down the price down to $60 with free shipping!

What type of Five Fingers did you buy and when?
May 2012 bikila and sprint

How was the buying process?
Ordering part was easy. Shoes came in a box not original packaging, dirty smelly, looked used and beat up. Called customer support they didn't answer. Left message they didn't call back. Email with pictures got response. Emailed a ups shipping label and shoes returned. Emailed them a week later inquiring about refund not yet given, said will happen. Another week, still no refund says "the distribution center has been backed up with returns." Promises refund within 24h, but still nothing. Claim now escalated with google checkout.

Would you buy from this retailer again?
of course not

Tried to leave a review on city sports website under the shoes I ordered, review accepted but never posted. Most recent reviews more than 6m ago.
