How was the buying process?

The salespeople were very helpful. They had no KSOs of the right size, but I was sized on Sprints and they found a pair of brown KSOs at one of their Birmingham locations. They were delivered to the Hunstville store in a couple of days at no charge.

A great opportunity to support a local Alabama retailer. They also carry part of the Injinji sock line, if you're into that sort of thing.

How was the buying process?

The salespeople were very knowledgeable with the sizing, feel, and fit of all the Five Fingers. Because I have a wider foot for a woman, the salesperson brought out a men's and women's Sprint. The men's looked and felt better and I was sold.

Would you buy from this retailer again?

Definitely. They have free shipping online for orders of $75 or more.

Great selection and inventory!

I bought the KSO TrekSports about less than a week ago the buying process was pretty easy going but I would try to not make them my first choice for the reason that I had a small defect on my left shoe and they would not cover for the shipping back to them which bothered me to say enough.

Poor customer service! I purchased these shoes about 3 weeks ago. Once I got them, I wore them around the house to get used to them, but quickly noticed that there was a small defect (tongue tearing away). I immediately called customer service and they said that I could return them, but they could not commit to a warranty replacement until they saw them. Ok, that makes sense. I did notice that they still had the same shoe in my size in stock and asked if they could make sure they hold one for a couple days for my replacement. They said they could not hold any, but said they had several in stock and there should be no problem. This was Monday afternoon. I immediately went to the post office and shipped them out 'priority' so they would get them soon (OR to AL took 3 days). I received a call from Mountain High this morning (Thursday) and the rep said the received the shoes and confirmed that it was clearly a warranty issue, but unfortunately they were now out of stock in that shoe and would have to send it back to the manufacturer for a replacement. This would take up to 5 weeks. This is ridiculous. She said the only other option would be for them to mail these shoes back to me so that I could send it directly to the manufacturer myself. Really! Although I wouldn't have been interested, she didn't even offer me another color of the same shoe that they did have in stock.
