How was the buying process?
very smooth; friendly staff. One pair was out of stock and they contacted me right away to inform me (e.g. their website may not be completely up-to-date but it wasn't a major problem.) I got free shipping via FedEx ground, which was prompt. Overall, no problems.

I bought two pair of VFFs: a Classics and KSO Flows.

How was the buying process?

Buying them was quick and easy. Shipping was free and they were shipped the next day. They came from Knoxville to San Francisco in less than a week via FedEx ground.
Would you buy from this retailer again?
I would definitely buy from River Sports again. They even included a hand written thank you note and a sticker!

i probably would have ordered them from one of the top 10 here but i could not find any of them that had them in my size river sports will be my go to for VFF for now on!

I bought a pair of M40 Classics (grey/orange) just last week (May 9). They showed up at my door 3 days later without a hitch.

How was the buying process?
Very smooth process overall. They had tons of sizes in stock- I couldn't find an M40 anywhere else for the life of me!

Would you buy from this retailer again?
Definitely. I'm lucky enough to have a brick-and-mortar nearby, but River Sports will be my go-to when I can't find my size locally.

smooth online, but after 3 days I emailed for tracking, and got no response. After 7 days I called a few times before I got someone live. Apparently they were out of stock, and didn't bother to inform me.
Would you buy from this retailer again?
possibly. They didn't seem too concerned with their methodology of keeping certain stock separated so that their inventory module would be correct. Seems they're concerned in making the sale, not necessarily in customer care. Poor inventory control, poor followup, poor response to customer-initiated engagement, and finally little apology for error. Again, they seem friendly, but their procedures don't seem to reflect customer prioritization.

It was the last pair they had at that time so they reserved it for me at the same time I placed my order online. The next day, I received an email saying that they were out of stock. So, I called again to check and because it was reserved, it was physically at another location in their warehouse. To cut a long story short, it was reserved, located, shipped and I did received it on the 5th day after I ordered (free, regular shipping). If it was not for this small issues, I would have given 5*'s. Came with the original box and as described. Tracking was availalbe and accurate. My suggestion would be to call to make sure they have in stock and follow up on the order. Would you buy from this retailer again? Yes Any other feedback you would like to share.
