What impressed me most was the timeframe in which I ordered and then received the shoes. I ordered them on a Monday and had them at my door by Wednesday which definitely exceeded my expectations. I do live close to the warehouse which helps some but still overall very impressed.

Excellent and so simple. I ordered online. Then I forgot about the Injinji socks. I called and spoke with them and had them add 2 pairs to the order without having to place another order online.

I was unsure if ordered the correct size, so I emailed them and asked if they could change my order. Got an email back first thing saying they could, no problem. Ordered 2 pairs to try both sizes.

They were so accommodating and friendly on the phone and they were quick to respond to my email, I LOVE THEM!

I had purchased a pair in size 38, but needed a 39. Unfortunately, they ran out of 39s, and I had to pay return shipping for the 38s, but the return process was easy.
