John K.I bought the Vibram Five Fingers Bikila on Sunday, July 18, 2010. The ordering process was smooth and easy. I received the Bikila on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. I would definitely buy from this retailer again. I didn't have to pay shipping or taxes, and I could use paypal to pay for my purchase.

JOYI placed my order on Sept 3, and on the same day mailed back the pair of VFF SmartWool that did not fit.
ShoeMart received my return on Sept 7 via USPS. and I have not received my order as of Sept 11. I would recommend ShoeMart stop using FedEx, USPS does a better job cheaper.

The Holiday weekend did not affect the delivery time from the USPS, so why did it affect FedEx???
I am not too happy with the shipping on this order.

Will order from Summit Hill next time.

The product was shipped in a timely manner, but did take a little while to arrive. Granted there was a holiday involved.

I had originally purchased my KSO with a coupon code for ten percent off and was excited since they offered free shipping as well. When the shoes came in as expected I was upset to see that the shoes inside were the Sprints in red, and in the wrong size. I attempted to contacted the people through e-mail and phoning, but the service was non-existent (e-mail) or just unhelpful (phone).

Their exchange policy is not a true exchange; it is simply them telling you to request for a RMA, ship the shoe back, and repurchase the shoes if they are still in stock (by that time I couldn't use the coupon code anymore). The return shipping is at your cost which they deduct from your "refund". This is fine by me if I had decided to return a shoe, but they sent me the wrong shoe! It was their error! While I eventually got the correct KSO upon the second order, it should have not happened in the first place.

If they had any kind of decent customer service I would have gladly bought from them again, but since they apparently don't exist at TheShoeMart, I will take my business elsewhere.

Good thing about this store is that they offer paypal and google checkout, but if you want to use coupon with your purchase you would have to buy it directly from them using your card. The problem that I had with this is that they use that verified by Visa service which I found painful. Anyway I used google checkout and sent them email about that coupon and they refunded me for the difference which was nice. They shipped my komodosports day after the purchase was made and I got them without any problems. All in all they are good store.

I had to return two pairs because apparently the sizing chart didn't work for me (I needed to size up). They took the returns and credited my card in a week! Everything went smooth, even though I removed the tags from the shoes... excelent service, excelent return system. And they have great deals in FiveFingers!! I got my Speeds for $60!
