Cool video — I really dig the accompanying music.

Sam has been running “off and on” in his red and black Sprints for the past six months and had this comment to add to the video “Go outside and DO SOMETHING!”

Simple and to the point. Now go!

Cool – thanks for this! And, yes, great music. I hope I won’t sound like too much of a dweeb if just tactfully ask Sam if he’s ever considered shortening his stride and speeding up his cadence. That’s one of the things I was advised to do when I first went minimal, and it’s the best advice I ever got. For me, it took the VFF experience up yet another notch.

But, hey, this is obviously working for him, so if it ain’t broke . . .

cool video. despite sam’s comment at the end though, it’s definitely not barefoot running. it’s running in vibrams. distinct difference i can’t help but note when i hear people confuse the two.

Nice video man. Great to see that others are outdoors enjoying the trails in Vibrams. Looks like a beautiful trail too. I cant wait for spring to start in Texas. Nothing tops a vibram run on the trail during a full bloom of spring.

Cool video. Also love the NOTW hat! 🙂 I just bought a pair of KSOs. Love them. I can’t wait until all this snow melts so I can try them outside. Running with them on an indoor track at the moment.
