I completely overlooked the fact that not everyone is a runner (sorry ) and added the option of "not a runner". Someone else added "I prefer to walk", thank you for that.
Ehhhhh, ive never had to repair any VFF's before. But something that just came to mind was possibly the bike tire repair kits that come with the patches that you just glue over the hole. Im sure there could possibly be better ways of fixing it though.
I was running yesterday and thinking about how often other people run. I know different people have different/busy schedules, but lets see what everyone has to say. I run 5-6 days a week. Ive been increasing my mileage and found that I sometimes need 2 days in the week for rest.
Whenever I get sore, i shorten my distances for the next couple of runs. It definitely isnt good to keep pushing that threshold because that will only get worse. But like PB Junkie said, it would be good to roll it before and after the runs.
Ran 13 miles. I hit 101 miles for this month so far!!
A half marathon.. nice! Hope you transitioned to that point slowly! =)
I was running in my NB Minimus Trails for a bit and then swapped back to the VFF's. I think transition was fairly smooth/slow. My legs dont hurt today, but my feet have a slight soreness to them. I can barely tell though. Might just take today off anyways.
